Drishyam 3 box office collection day 2: Ajay Devgn film scores bumper Saturday as it crosses ₹115 crore, beats Sikandar lifetime

Drishyam 3 ticket-window earnings day 2: Ajay Devgn in a still from the movie. Drishyam 3 ticket-window report On Friday, Drishyam 3 delivered a record opening for Ajay Devgn. The advance bookings for Drishyam The Conclusion opened on September 27, and the movie went on to collect ₹ 27 crore rupees before its rollout. By the end of the day, the movie went on to collect ₹ 66.75 crore rupees net across India. This is the third biggest opening by a Hindi movie ever and the biggest in Ajay Devgn’s career.
Adding to this, As per the latest update on Sacnilk, Drishyam 3 looks rock solid on its second day too. By 10 PM, the movie has managed to collect ₹ 53.50 crore rupees from a total of 11,212 shows. This brings the total collection to ₹ 115.50 crore rupees so far. Drishyam The Conclusion has now crossed the ₹ 100 crore rupees mark in two days, crossing the lifetime haul of Salman Khan's Sikandar ( ₹ 104 crore rupees).
Meanwhile, The movie has the second-biggest opening by a Hindi movie this year, behind only Dhurandhar The Revenge. It also has the third-biggest opening in Bollywood history, behind only Dhurandhar 2 and Jawan. It surpassed Ranveer Singh's Dhurandhar ( ₹ 30 crore rupees) Shah Rukh Khan's Pathaan ( ₹ 57 crore rupees), and Ranbir Kapoor's Animal ( ₹ 63 crore rupees) to reach the milestone.
Notably, Drishyam 3 brings back Ajay Devgn’s Vijay Salgaonkar, along with Tabu, Shriya Saran, Rajat Kapoor, Ishita Dutta, Mrunal Jadhav, and Kamlesh Sawant. Saurabh Shukla also reprises his role from the second part in a cameo.
As per the latest buzz, Drishyam The Conclusion is backed by Star Studio18 and Panorama Studios, with Abhishek Pathak returning to direct the third instalment. He has also co-written the movie with Aamil Keeyan Khan and Parveez Shaikh. Alok Jain, Ajit Andhare, Kumar Mangat Pathak and Abhishek Pathak are producing the movie.
In further updates, The Hindi Drishyam franchise began in 2015 with the remake of Mohanlal ’s Malayalam thriller. The movie quickly won over audiences and went on to collect around ₹ 110 crore rupees worldwide, making Vijay Salgaonkar a fan-favourite. Drishyam 2, which arrived in 2022, took the franchise a step further and turned out to be an even bigger hit, grossing nearly ₹ 342 crore rupees worldwide.
