Ranbir Kapoor turns 44 today! The star, who is busy with the promotions of his soon-to-release rollout Ramayana Part 1 , celebrated his special day with the paparazzi and followers in Mumbai. In a video shared by a paparazzi page on Instagram, the star was seen thanking everyone for the kind wishes and cutting three giant birthday cakes.
Adding to this, Ranbir Kapoor will be seen next in Ramayana Part 1. Ranbir celebrates his birthday In the video, Ranbir was seen arriving outside to greet the paparazzi as they cheered for him and wished him ‘Happy Birthday’. Ranbir thanked them with folded hands and went ahead to cut the three cakes kept in front of him on a table. There was one chocolate cake, one cake with the design 44, and another cake kept beside one another. Ranbir cut each of the cakes to loud cheers.

Notably, In another video, Ranbir was seen surrounded by an army of followers who had come with flowers and gifts. One female fan was seen crying and brought a small cake for him too. Ranbir obliged and greeted her with a smile. In one of the other videos, he could be seen on his balcony with Alia Bhatt.
As per the latest buzz, Directed by Nitesh Tiwari, Ramayana is a two-part adaptation of Valmiki’s epic. The movie stars Ranbir Kapoor as Lord Rama, Yash as Ravana, and Sai Pallavi as Sita, along with a large ensemble cast including Ravie Dubey, Sunny Deol, Arun Govil, Lara Dutta, Rakul Preet Singh, Vivek Oberoi, and Kunal Kapoor, among others. Part One will rollout in November this year, while Part Two is scheduled for rollout next year, ahead of Diwali.
In further updates, The makers of late rolled out the first song, Jai Jai Ram, from the movie. The song rollout was accompanied by a new motion poster featuring Ranbir Kapoor as Lord Ram and Sai Pallavi as Sita on the occasion of Ganesh Chaturthi.
On top of that, Producer Namit Malhotra also explained why Ganesh Chaturthi was chosen for the song's launch. He shared, "Shri Ram is at the heart of Ramayana and, for generations, has been the guide we turn to through every phase of life. In moments of darkness, we seek his strength. In moments of uncertainty, we look to his path. And in moments of joy, we remember him with gratitude. Jai Jai Ram comes from that deeply personal and timeless relationship we share with Shri Ram. While Ramayana is being created on a great scale, its true foundation lies in its emotion, its values and its devotion. With Jai Jai Ram, we wanted our first song to reflect that soul , to celebrate Shri Ram not only as someone we worship, but as the protector, guide and source of strength we carry within us. Beginning this musical journey on Ganesh Chaturthi felt especially meaningful because, in our culture, every auspicious beginning starts by seeking the blessings of Lord Ganesha.”
