Baby Do Die Do actor Rachit Singh is pro PR machinery but not without strong hold on acting

Star Rachit Singh is two films old in the industry but his decade long experience as an acting coach gives him the leverage to prioritize how he wants to take his career ahead. So, while actors swear by a strong PR machinery in today’s time, Rachit feels everything becomes incomplete if an artist doesn’t ace their acting prowess.
Adding to this, Rachit Singh was of late seen in Baby Do Die Do Of late seen in Baby Do Die Do as Huma Qureshi’ s love interest, the 36-yer-old star weighs in on the importance of PR and says, “I think today everything is important but first knowing your craft is important. You need to know how to act is important. Everything comes after that. Besides this you need to work hard, you need to be nice person and then eventually also have a PR so that you reach to people.”
Meanwhile, While the debate on organic promotion and PR amplification goes around the movie industry, Rachit doesn’t see an downside on promoting one’s films with help of an external team.
Notably, “Agar aapne product banaya aur wo duniya tak pohoch hi nahi raha to kya fayeda. Ofcourse aapke hard work se aap pohoch sakte ho jo hota hai but shayad PR se aap thoda aur pohoch sakte ho. Humne ek movie banayi aur Baby Do Die Do par bohot logo tak movie pohochi hi nahi to marketing to karni padegi na. Isme koi galat baat thodi hai, isme koi jhoot thodi hai. Humne ek movie banayi jo kisi state mein nahi pohochi to humara kaam hai ki hum usko waha pohchaye,” says the star who made his acting debut with Thamma.
As per the latest buzz, As he builds his career as an star, he has also been a teacher to many youngsters who come to train under him. With dreams of acting in his heart, Rachit gets candid about why Mumbai, the city of dreams never intimidated him when he moved here from Banaras a decade back to become an star.
In further updates, “I always knew that this is a new city and there is competition. Nobody told me to come and become and star. This was my dream and I decided to become an star and I knew there will be challenges. No field is easy. I came from that mindset that I don’t know when the big break will happen and until that happens I will keep my head down and just keep working hard. Any artist who is coming to Mumbai should have in mind to work very hard, be good to people and have a lot of patience,” he concludes.
