Disha Patani’s sister Khushboo Patani , a former Indian Army officer, has often made headlines for her social work and outspoken views on social and political issues. In 2025, she grabbed attention after rescuing a lost child. Khushboo has once again won praise for her efforts to help those in need.

Adding to this, Khushboo Patani promises new school bags to students. Khushboo Patani visits government school Ahead of Independence Day, Khushboo visited a government school and interacted with the students. During her visit, she asked the children to show her the bags they used to carry their books. She noticed that some students were carrying their books in polythene bags and sacks, several of which were torn and in poor condition.

Meanwhile, Khushboo pointed out one child who was carrying his books in a shredded sack that had originally been used to store peas. Moved by what she saw, she promised the students that she would get them new school bags in their favourite colours.

Notably, Khushboo also interacted with the children about their ambitions and asked how many of them wanted to join the Army or the police force. She encouraged the students to dream big and appeared particularly moved by the conditions in which some of them were attending school.

As per the latest buzz, The former Army officer shared a video of her visit on social media ahead of Independence Day. She wrote, "Bag mae takkat (Strength in the bag)."

In further updates, Many in the comments lauded Khushboo's effort. Disha Patani also lauded her and wrote, "So sweet de❤️" Other comments read, "Love this." Another social media user asked Khushboo to visit the Jharkhand student protest, writing, "Please visit Jharkhand."

Khushboo Patani had also registered her presence at the CJP protest in Delhi, which was organised to demand the resignation of Education Minister Dharmendra Pradhan and call for educational reforms following the NEET paper leak row.
