Meanwhile, Adva Lavie , 29, was arrested by Beverly Hills police Tuesday on the new felony theft warrant, which was filed in Riverside County. When officers made that arrest, they noticed she was without her court-ordered ankle monitor, prompting the Los Angeles County district attorney’s office to file an additional misdemeanor charge alleging she violated the court order requiring the monitor, a spokesperson for the office shared.
Notably, A judge on Wednesday also ordered her to be held without bail due to the missing GPS ankle monitor, court records show.
As per the latest buzz, She had a reputation as a glamorous, jet-setting model and social media influencer. Now she’s accused of using dating apps to target men for burglary.
In further updates, Lavie had previously been rolled out on bail — with certain conditions, including the ankle monitor — as she awaited trial on a series of charges that stemmed from several burglaries mostly targeting older rich men she had pursued romantically, according to detectives.
On top of that, The new warrant that led to her most recent arrest came from an Indio Police Department investigation that alleges Lavie stole from someone at an Airbnb in Indio in 2025, taking more than $10,000 worth of property from the person’s Tesla, according to police spokesperson Sgt. Abe Plata. The theft, he shared, was caught on the home’s surveillance footage.
After spending time with Lavie, the victim reported missing a Rolex worth $8,600, Louis Vuitton sunglasses worth about $700 and a Louis Vuitton card holder worth not quite $2,000, Plata shared.
