Star Sadie Sink has opened up that online fan theories predicting her involvement in the 'Spider-Man' franchise surfaced just days before she officially received the offer to join the Marvel Cinematic Universe.
Adding to this, During an appearance on 'The Tonight Show' with Jimmy Fallon, the 'Stranger Things' star shared she first came across speculation on the internet claiming she would be part of the next Spider-Man movie, Spider-Man: Brand New Day. Sink recalled being surprised by the rumours, only for them to turn out to be accurate when she was approached for the role two days later.
Meanwhile, "There's so much speculation, too," she shared, adding, "I feel like there's a new character every week" that followers theorize she might be portraying. The Tony Award nominee notably shared that before she got the offer to appear in Spider-Man: Brand New Day, she saw fan theories online that she'd be involved in the project," as quoted by the outlet.
Notably, "I found out through online theories. Like, before I got cast in Spider-Man, like, there was speculation online that shared, 'Sadie Sink is going to be in the new Spider-Man,'" she explained. "I was like, 'Hmm? I am?' And sure enough, two days later, they asked me to do it. So yeah, those theories, there's sometimes some truth to it."
As per the latest buzz, Hollywood star Tom Holland has shared that he gets a new Spider-Man suit “every 2 weeks”.
In further updates, Holland told Esquire in an interview that he imagines he is given a new Spider-Man suit once a fortnight after.
On top of that, "Yeah, it definitely does. I probably get a new suit every two weeks, I reckon," Holland, who began filming his soon-to-release fourth entry in the superhero franchise, Spider-Man: Brand New Day, in August, shared.
Sony Pictures and Holland first revealed at CinemaCon 2025 in April that the franchise's next movie will be titled Brand New Day, months after the star first verified that his fourth Spider-Man movie would movie in 2025,
