Panthers' standout rookie WR carted off from practice with apparent knee injury

According to multiple reporters at Wednesday's training camp session, wide receiver Chris Brazzell II went down during seven-on-seven drills with what appeared to be a knee injury . The rookie was seen holding his left knee, which he was unable to put pressure on upon standing up, and was carted off the field.
Adding to this, Brazzell returned to practice this morning after missing the previous few outings with a knee issue.
Meanwhile, The Panthers selected Brazzell in the third round of the 2026 NFL Draft. The speedy 6-foot-4 pass catcher has gone on to impress during offseason workouts.
Notably, Carolina has now had to cart three players away from their first five practices of camp—including second-year tight end Mitchell Evans on Tuesday and second-year outside linebacker Nic Scourton last Thursday, who will miss the entire campaign due to an ACL tear .
