AD Maruti Brezza Facelift Variant Details Surface Ahead of Launch Aditya Nadkarni July 24, 2026, 11:00 AM IST 9,317 Views Prices to be revealed later today 1.0-litre turbo-petrol engine to be offered in base variant too Just hours ahead of its official price announcement, the variant details of the 2026 Maruti Suzuki Brezza are out. The model, which gains a new 1.0-litre turbo-petrol engine among other updates, of late scored a five-star rating in the BNCAP crash test, which is applicable to select variants.
Adding to this, The new Maruti Brezza will be offered in four variants, namely LXi, VXi, ZXi, and ZXi+. Further, we can confirm that the 1.5-litre NA petrol and 1.0-litre turbo-petrol, both paired with a six-speed manual transmission, will be offered in the aforementioned variant matrix. The 1.5-litre NA petrol AT (six-speed torque converter unit) will be available in the VXi, ZXi, and ZXi+ variants.
Meanwhile, The new 1.0-litre Boosterjet turbo-petrol engine is borrowed from its sibling, the Maruti Fronx , where it is tuned to develop 99bhp and 148Nm. Additionally, the facelifted Brezza will benefit from an underbody CNG tank, borrowed from the Victoris, making it the second such offering from the carmaker. This move is slated to give customers the same amount of bootspace as the petrol version.
